Kalea's journey into the world of plants and landscapes is deeply rooted in her upbringing. Learning from her incredibly talented father, who still works for Kapalua Golf Courses, she has inherited a vast knowledge of plants and a profound understanding of the art of landscaping. This familial connection to the earth has shaped Kalea into a landscape creator with a unique blend of heritage and innovation.

Meet Dean: Our Landscape Maestro with 50 Years of Expertise

It is with immense pride and gratitude that we introduce Dean, a cornerstone of our family-owned and operated landscape business. With a rich history of 48 years in the landscape maintenance service department at Kapalua Golf Courses, Dean is a true maestro in the world of plant care and maintenance.

Dean's journey began at Kapalua Resort, where he honed his skills and expertise in landscape maintenance management, irrigation, planting, spraying, and consulting. Over the course of 48 years, he has not only witnessed but actively contributed to the flourishing beauty of the Kapalua Resort, having planted and maintained vast areas of this iconic location.

Dean's commitment to excellence is evident in the landscapes he has nurtured throughout his illustrious career. His hands-on experience and deep understanding of maintenance and plant care make him an invaluable asset to our team. Dean's knowledge extends far beyond textbooks; it is rooted in the soil of Kapalua, where he has dedicated a half a century to perfecting his craft.

Dean's role goes beyond the traditional boundaries of a landscaper – he is not just a member of our team; he's family.  As the proud father of Kalea, one of our team members, Dean shares his knowledge and support generously, creating a culture of mentorship and growth within our business.

Even after 46 years, he continues to contribute to our family's success, and we consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to have Dean as an integral part of our landscape business.

We're thrilled to announce the return of a familiar face to our landscape family – Juan! Juan has been an integral part of our company in the past, contributing his passion and expertise to our projects. After a brief hiatus of three years, we are delighted to welcome him back into the fold.

During his time away, Juan took the opportunity to explore new horizons and broaden his skills in the ever-evolving field of landscaping. Now, with a renewed sense of purpose and a wealth of experience under his belt, Juan has returned to our team. His dedication to his craft and commitment to excellence have always set him apart, and we're excited to see how his skills have evolved during his time away.

Juan's return brings a sense of continuity and strength to our landscape company. His steadfast work ethic and genuine love for creating outdoor spaces that inspire have always been at the core of his contributions. We take great pride in welcoming Fernando to our family-owned and operated landscape business. With over 20 years of invaluable experience garnered from managing multiple properties on the beautiful island of Maui, Fernando brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

Fernando's dedication to excellence is evident in his successful maintenance of an exclusive property in West Maui. The owners and property site manager are not just satisfied; they are thrilled with his outstanding performance. Under Fernando's leadership, the property has flourished, becoming a testament to his commitment to quality and precision.

What truly sets Fernando apart is his unwavering focus on building a team that shares our family-oriented values. 

 Tiffany is the backbone of our office operations, known for her exceptional organizational skills and her strong connection with the team. She handles payroll, completes invoices, and ensures all accounts receivable are cleared efficiently. After joining us following the Lahaina wildfires a year ago, Tiffany transformed our office and administrative procedures. Her work has laid the foundation for smoother day-to-day operations, and her contributions are invaluable—without her, we would be lost. Her dedication has helped the business run seamlessly, allowing us to focus on growth and service.
